What kind of apartments do you have?
Pohlig Box Factory has 65 units and approximately 65 different floor plans. Each apartment is unique. Many units have original hardwood floors, while others have stained concrete, berber carpet or new wood laminate flooring. Some units feature exposed brick and wood beams. All units have granite countertops, all stainless steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and microwave), garbage disposals, and full size washer/dryer.

1 bedrooms from $800 - $1050
2 bedrooms from $1000 - $1500

What’s included in the rent?
Rent includes trash and wireless internet. Residents pay for electricity, water, sewer, cable and phone. We advise people to budget around $200 for these utilities.

What about parking?
There are 3 options for parking. Street parking on Franklin and 25th Street is free. We have a surface lot behind the building for $45 per month. We also have a garage inside the building for $100 per month.

What is the concierge service?
We believe in providing our tenants with the best customer service in the downtown area. Concierge service includes package delivery to your apartment, mail pick up when you’re out of town, and cat sitting. We also offer trash pick up at your door for $25 per month.

What is the pet policy?
Pohlig Box Factory allows CATS ONLY. We require a $300 pet fee. This is not a deposit and is nonrefundable. We do not charge any additional monthly fees.
