Neat repurposed building with roomy apartments Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've moved in quite recently and the neighbors have been nice so far. The apartment is conveniently located close to public transportation, a grocery store, and a pharmacy, making the area very livable, even without a car.

The building manager is very friendly and helpful with answering any questions. The other tenants we have run into are also very friendly. The location is incredible, with it being located right next to a farm fresh, CVS, and a pulse bus stop.
